Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Seeked, a general-purpose search engine operated by SEEKED LTD, a company incorporated in the Seychelles. By using Seeked, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Seeked provides web search, generated answers with source citations, video results, and tools to inspect, save, and share what you find. The service is free and requires no account. It is subject to a daily search allowance and rate limits, and it may change, slow, or be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, or abuse prevention.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the queries you run and the links you share — remember that shared search links contain the query itself. You must have the legal right to use the service where you are, and you are responsible for complying with the terms of any publisher or platform you visit from results.
3. Acceptable use
In addition to obeying the law, you agree not to:
- abuse the service, circumvent rate limits or bot checks, or scrape it in ways that degrade it for others;
- use Seeked to violate anyone else’s rights, including privacy and intellectual-property rights;
- transmit malware, or attempt to probe, breach, or disrupt Seeked or its infrastructure;
- misrepresent Seeked, or present its output as independently verified fact.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or block access to protect the service, with or without notice.
4. Answers and results
Answers are generated from third-party sources and cite them so you can check the originals — but a citation is traceability, not independent verification. Seeked does not guarantee that results are accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose.
Results are information only, not professional advice. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions; verify important matters with qualified sources.
5. Video and images
Video results and thumbnails are supplied by third-party platforms and publishers. Preview images load from publishers only with your per-session consent. Availability, quality, and labeling of media are up to those third parties.
6. Third-party content
Results link to content owned by its publishers. Linking is not endorsement, and Seeked is not responsible for what those pages contain or what happens when you visit them.
7. Intellectual property
The Seeked name, design, and software are ours. You are welcome to use the service normally, quote brief excerpts with attribution, and share search links — but you may not copy Seeked wholesale, remove its branding to pass it off as your own, or use results in ways that infringe publishers’ rights.
8. Copyright concerns
Search results necessarily include titles and short excerpts so you can judge relevance. If you are a rights holder and believe Seeked links to or displays material that infringes your rights, send a notice to the operator, SEEKED LTD (Seychelles), identifying the specific result (the query, the link, and what is infringed) and we will review it. Seeked does not publish a contact email address. Repeated or severe abuse of the notice process may itself violate these terms.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seeked is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss, or for loss arising from reliance on results, interruptions, or third-party content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to use the service — which, for a free service, is zero.
11. Changes
These terms may change as the service evolves; the date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will make a reasonable effort to highlight it.
12. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and SEEKED LTD regarding the service.
13. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the service, are governed by the laws of the Seychelles, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the Seychelles have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
Your content
Your queries, saved snapshots, and settings remain yours. You grant Seeked only the limited permission needed to operate the service — to receive, process, and (for links you share) display what you submit. Because saves live in your browser, deleting them there deletes our only copy too.
Suspension and termination
We may rate-limit, suspend, or block access — temporarily or permanently, with or without notice — to protect the service from abuse, unlawful use, or overload. Visitors who repeatedly trigger valid infringement notices may lose access. You may stop using Seeked at any time; clearing your browser data removes what you stored.
